You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is designed for: (a) reading and submitting authentic reviews; (b) searching for businesses and reading reviews; (c) managing business profiles and reputation; (d) accessing publicly available information.
You may not: (a) submit false, misleading, or fake reviews; (b) create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings; (c) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (d) post defamatory, libellous, or discriminatory content; (e) infringe intellectual property rights; (f) upload viruses or malicious code; (g) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (h) scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform; (i) use the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications; (j) impersonate any person or entity; (k) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
All content you submit must: (a) be accurate and truthful; (b) be based on genuine experience; (c) comply with applicable laws; (d) not contain profanity or offensive language; (e) not disclose private information of others; (f) not promote illegal activities; (g) not contain advertising or promotional content unrelated to the review.
Businesses using the Platform agree: (a) not to submit fake reviews about their own business or competitors; (b) not to offer incentives for reviews; (c) to respond to reviews professionally; (d) to maintain accurate profile information; (e) to comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
Breach of this policy may result in: (a) removal of content; (b) suspension or termination of accounts; (c) permanent banning from the Platform; (d) legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary.
