Grossly oversold

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

So-so experience overall

The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty. Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
