I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

The API was well documented and easy to integrate with our existing tools. Feature updates have been consistent since we signed up. Keeps getting better.

Completely let down

Seems like they rushed this to market before it was ready. Avoid if you value your time. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab.

Better than I anticipated

Customer support responded quickly when we had a minor question. Solid product that does not pretend to be more than it is. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.
