Grossly oversold

User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience.

Has potential maybe

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Took way longer than expected but got there in the end. Mixed feelings. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
