Waste of resources

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days.

Worst purchase this year

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Waste of time honestly. Would not wish this frustration on anyone. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
