Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
