Should have done more research

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

A welcome surprise

Works well across all our devices and browsers. Consistent experience. Customization options were better than I anticipated for this price point. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Does an okay job

Works reliably for core tasks but edge cases cause issues. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time.

Survivable experience

Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area. Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
