Painful to use

The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Been great so far for us

Simple interface that did not need a manual. Exactly what I was looking for. Migration from our old system was smoother than I feared it would be. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.
