Batch operations work reliably. Processed thousands without issues. The interface is well organized, not cluttered like some alternatives. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Appalling experience

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
