Happy we made the change

Multi user support works perfectly. No conflicts or sync issues. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

Trapped in a contract

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
