Would use without hesitation

Quite straightforward to set up and the team picked it up fast. No real issues so far. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
