A real struggle

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers.

Right in the middle

Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse.

Terrible all around

Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Solid tool, few hiccups

The documentation was clear and easy to follow. Did not need support at all. The workflow automation saved us a good chunk of time on repetitive tasks. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.
