Properly built software

I was skeptical at first but it won me over quickly. Would use again without hesitation. The tool integrates with our stack perfectly. No custom work needed. Navigation felt intuitive right from the start.

Terrible all around

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
