Good purchase decision

Solid performance across the board with minimal issues. Meets our needs well. The mobile experience is just as good as desktop. Well optimized. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Nice find

The onboarding process was well structured and saved our team a lot of time. Search functionality actually returns relevant results, which is rare. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Mixed feelings about this

Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Took way longer than expected but got there in the end. Mixed feelings. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Does exactly as described

We have had zero downtime since deployment. Cannot complain. Found it easy to navigate and the key features were right where I needed them. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.
