Not fit for purpose

Absolute nightmare to set up. Nothing worked as documented. Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Very disappointing

Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. Waste of time honestly. Would not wish this frustration on anyone. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
