Nightmare to cancel

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. The editor is sluggish and crashes with complex projects.

Does what is asked

Some features work well but others still need refinement. Template library is good but searching could be better.

Waste of everyone time

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues.

Would look elsewhere

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers.
