Payment and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid business plans and services purchased on Adore Review.

1. Subscription Plans

Business plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as selected at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your plan, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss your situation. Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your business dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (a) setup fees; (b) add-on purchases; (c) transaction fees; (d) partial billing periods after cancellation.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
