Grossly oversold

So many problems

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Too many problems to count. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

A total letdown

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
