Not even close to ready

Absolute nightmare to set up. Nothing worked as documented. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

The mobile experience is just as good as desktop. Well optimized. Permissions and user management were straightforward to configure. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Extremely let down

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly.
