A nightmare to use

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Good but not great

I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is fine, just not exceptional. The idea is solid but the execution has gaps. Would be great with some fixes. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
