Trapped in a contract

The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. Too many issues to ignore unfortunately. Really wanted this to work but it just did not.

Worth considering for sure

The interface is well organized, not cluttered like some alternatives. Has reduced our manual workload by a lot. Team morale improved. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.
