Deeply unhappy

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Needs a complete overhaul

Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Does an okay job

Feels like a beta product sometimes. But when it works, it works well enough. Had higher hopes based on the marketing. Reality did not quite match the promises. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
