Sad excuse for a product

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign.

Not fit for purpose

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
