Deeply flawed product

Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Does the job but lacks the polish of more established options. Good enough for now. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable.
