Completely unusable

The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Try it at your own risk

Review management works but the automation could be smarter. Decent starting point. Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though.

Nothing exciting

Some things work perfectly, others made me scratch my head. Inconsistent experience. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.
