Needs a complete overhaul

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Made my life harder

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
